Change the plug Lou. The round one is the same style we use for our 450 amp 3 phase welders.

Gunna have to dress up in some Cat II and start throwing some widow maker knife switches now! We have one that shorts out through the conduit and you have to hit it with a broom stick to get it to work sometimes. Almost a 70 year old building.
