That motor is 220 volt Lou, not 208 or 230

Yup. Had a tech stop by. Its wired for 220/3 so I can hook it up to my 208/3. Now I need to find a GE 80 amp plug.

Maybe an old hardware store. All the ones im seeing have a round pin for the ground. Might have to update the wiring.
