I know 2 or 3 guys that have shot and killed men in self defense. You will literally go thru hell and back dealing with the legalities, and that's here in TX, probably as gun friendly as it gets. Couldn't imagine dealing with shooting someone in a Liberal State, although most there probably could use a bullet to the head.
