We eat at Ted's Montana Grill often. Bison is their specialty. I love it. We get Bison hot dogs at Costco. Marvelous.

 

It's a matter of quality not quantity Stan


Bison is excellent. Thought about trying to raise some once but man the fences you gotta have are monstrous. When those buggers decide to go somewhere, they just go.


Beefalo is pretty good stuff too!

I wonder if it's confusing to people who immigrate here from China, when they order a Hot Dog for lunch and are told that it's made from chicken, beef, pork or bison ?

 

Chuck, did you leave out the proverbial "turkey lips" on purpose ??
