No, I can not get it even finger tight, the sensor just threads on through the bung.

I did find that when I first installed the auto tune/Power Commander that wide band sensors may have been used, that would explain the difference..maybe.

I think I kept all the old parts and if I did, hopefully there's a set of sensors in the box.

I just don't remember having this problem when I installed the older kit.
Be nice to have just a bit more memory.

Then I just need to find out if re-tuning is needed when I go back to OEM sensors, if that's the case.
