I think that if the dealer threw in an O ring that would go a long way to improving the customer service problems that some people have at dealerships. They see a dealership as a swap meet booth trying to swindle you for every penny you have. And when they charge you $1 per ring when you are already spending $30+ for the oil, then that appearance of money hungry salesman perpetuates.
