I smoked them for a little over an hour then wrap and slow cook for another 3-4 hours. The last 30 minutes I have them unwrapped and sauce them and let that carmelize on. Took me half a dozen times to find a way that works for me

I just smoke 'em for 5-6 hours then put them on a low grill for 1/2 hour, glazing them in the last 15 minutes.
I've tried boiling them first, but that seems to take a lot of the flavor out.

Nice, cool weather up here in Estes Park. A few sprinkles but not enough to be a worry. Almost time to unwrap the ribs for Saucing and corn is coming along well too. I only allow 2 veggies to share a grill I am working. Corn and taters

Yeah, it's definitely been a little plagued by some electrical issues.

Does anyone know if I can use the tuner module to test the stator? Or use a multimeter? Ken told me how to use a multimeter to test battery, but not sure about stator. I'm just at point where I don't want to spend anymore money chasing gremlins.
Been there before. Stator pretty easy to test. Good luck. I've been through 2 stators and one VR.
