i do the best i can, i enjoy riding way to much to screw it up. just met a guy last weekend with poor circulation in his legs from diabetes and he lost 3 toes two weeks ago. gave him my number for if he ever wants to just talk. he used to be a member in my club

 

Getting them squared away up there in Portland? I imagine the BS in Turkey is really throwing a wrench into the works.

 

Ahhh Greg, I allowed the guys to troubleshoot issues with the airplane all morning then after lunch I couldn't stand it anymore because there was no progress being made and I dove in. No power to audio relays because the tech miswired the canon plug and put the pin with 28vdc in little v instead of little u. Also found one relay bad that controls switching between the boom mic and oxygen mask, made a jumper and we can move on until the new relay comes in. Tomorrow I will pull the airplane out of the hangar and crank the motors to do further tests. Airplane #2 departed Iceland today after a week delay to replace a windshield that cracked. Should be in Turkey by Sunday. We haven't heard very much from our customer and I expect that they are keeping a very low profile as the government is sweeping the country for dissidents. Reminds of the Salen witch hunts.

 

Oh, yeah. Saw rumors that the Turkish gov't believes the U.S. was involved, so I figured your deal was on indefinite hold.

 

I hope we don't send airplane #3 until we get all of our payments!
