I spoke to my buddy Bernie about increasing valve size in the heads I have, cams, and doing a dyno tune. He wants to ditch the PC altogether, as he doesn't like them, and use the stock ECM..

Getting hammered down there as well? Weather hasn't been cooperating around here either. Hopefully this weekend smartens up.

 

Would he be able to flash the ECM without a tuner? I tried to flash my tuner once but the garage door was open and there was an old lady walking her dog and well...

I may try removing the tuner and see what happens. It did run well without it and this issue with the engine light only started the day before Fathers Day. I would have to load the software on my wife's laptop since it has Windows if I were to re-flash the tuner anyway.
