If it's for real, I guess I wish the guy luck.

Off ta skool.

I've known a few who have gone that route. Some have worked, some haven't. My opinion is usually if a guy has to do something like that, it's because he's dysfunctional enough that he can't see the forest for the trees.

So, the ride report is the sound started off a little quieter but then came back to almost the same roar that my old pipes did. Not sure if the baffles were freshly packed and had to burn in a little bit or if it was my expectations about the sound.

Next, I need to figure out the intermittent engine light that comes on. I thought it was the pipe that is damaged allowing too much air to be sucked back in on decel but obviously that is not it. I will have to pull the side cover and do the jumper thing on the harness to get the code as there are no stored codes when I hold in the odometer button and turn the bike on. The bike doesn't change how it runs when the engine light comes on so it is a real Scooby Doo mystery

Thanks Greg, I was just searching for that. I thought it was plugs, then wires then the slip ons...and it is intermittent so that makes it even more frustrating. I wonder if it is because my Baker Drivetrain sticker is crooked and in the wrong place
