It's a good ride up. Better when you actually get to the hills. But did enjoy the rolling hills, at first. I'm thinking I'll leave here on the 4th/5th if you want scoot up with me.

I was following a group of guys I rode up with and thier friend who is a Sturgis local. We rode Iron Mtn then took off on some side roads. I think we went through Hill City and stopped to eat at this house that they turned their yard into a BBQ joint. It was some damn good BBQ. Does Hill City have the old steam locomotive on display at the one end of town?

I don't remember if the station had a running train or just one on display. They did have main blocked off like in Sturgis.

Yeah, they have a train ride there that takes you to Keystone and back.
The road it follows is a nice ride on its own but is rated as the most dangerous ride in the Hills due to side road traffic.
The BBQ place you speak of was right at the intersection/end of Main Street, wasn't it?
