Tracy, I did something to my fake knee today and it hurts like a mother. Gonna see if another three or four beers help it. It hurts right where they would have attached my muscle to it. Damn

 

I don't think he knows WTF he wants to do. I know I got real tired of him yanking my chain. I am no longer interested in it.

 

Treat him like a woman you don't want anymore, he'll come running

 

Have you continued to do your rehab exercises?


Mine was never close to the same as the original equipment and if I don't stretch and bend it, I lose ground with it..

 

I am constantly stretching and bending. In fact Kristi says I am too rough with it. Now keep in mind I'm not doing any roof diving but I do push the limits with it.

 

Well, I certainty don't recommend taking up roof diving as a cure for knee pain, but my back hurt bad enough that I didn't even notice the knee anymore!

 

Well there you have it, alternative medicine works!
