Built mine with a Shepard scope and a single stage J P Enterprises fire control system, 3 lbs. pull. Double Star lower (made in Winchester Ky). 9 n 1 right hand twist, 16" upper. With the star flash suppressor.
I reload with, Hornady 68 grain BTHP, Varget @ 24.5gr. and CCI primers.
Tack driver I tell ya, I got lucky putting this combo together. It took 3 years. I can cut holes all day at 100 yds. I usually win a little money at the shoots.
Built mine on the cheap. Got about 600 into it. Figured I wanted to build it while I could still get the parts shipped to commiefornia, figure if I take my time upgrading it I'll then have most of the parts I need to build a second one.
I should have enough for my first lower when I get back! Everything will can get out of state!

I didn't realize you lived in commiefornia. As Janis said..... Better get it while you can .... Oh, and the money I win at the shoots, naw it don't cover the cost of reloading. But you can't give all your money to the MOCO!!
