Lou, did the helicoil just come out?
If so, what are your steps to install the coil?
I've had good luck first cleaning the threaded hole with brake cleaner or carb cleaner which is usually a bit more aggressive imho, then inserting the coil with red lock tight and screwing plug in finger tight and a bit more.
Let sit over night then remove plug and coat with antiseize and re insert, a hair less snug than you usually do.
I drill out the plug and run a wire keeper also as I'm not over tightening the plug.
Seems to work for me anyway.

Howdy men. Where I use to work was a non-smoking campus, that's why I worked nights. We would sneak around and smoke after the bosses left for the day. Felt like a 12 year old boy sneaking around trying not to get caught by Mom and Dad. F'n bullshit.
