Certainly wouldn't hurt, you will also need windows, doors, electrical, plumbing and anything else of value that was in the house before the previous owner vacated. There are cheaper houses there but they are in bad neighborhoods.

Managed to get a lot of big boomies for the 4th, let the war continue.

Beautiful day for a ride, cloudy enough to stay cool and temps in the low 70's felt good.

Chili tonight, maybe a couple Alaskan Amber too, Monday night raw on tonight, a chance to see a real sport...uh huh.

At least it's easy to watch while I try and whittle down the song list for the shop stereo.
