Hello, Woods! I can conclusively prove that Friday beer tastes as good or better than Thursday beer. Since my weekday experimentation has gone so well I am moving on to the weekend testing vs weekday. Wish me luck.

 

After weekend vs weekday beer you will need to move on to breakfast vs dinner beer.

 

Funny ya mention that, Dave. A few years ago it was about 90 with 90 percent humidity at 8 in the morning. Sherri makes breakfast, I pop open a beer and went...WTF?
