Anyone use/have a "get back" whip?

How do you keep your handlebars straight with one of those hanging there?

I'm gonna but my old get back whip back on the bike, this thread has made me decide to do it.
I can't wait to see how many of the internet commandos come up and tell me their opinions.
Of course, we all know that the number will be "none" just like it's always been.

Here you go....I'll be looking forward to one of you big tough bikers walking up and saying something about it. (No one will)

let's see who would win, you whipping a car with your i pound gay *** whip or a 4,000 pound car running into you and wrecking your bike.

From what I hear, these whips are for decoration nowadays. I see allot of them around ABQ, the locals like them. That being said, many of the bikers I know carry anyway, for 'safety' reasons.
