So what is the end user market for those, Lou? Overseas or out of state/country?

Equipment that is out of regulation has to have a vin lock and must be sold to out of state people. Semi trucks will be going for about $5000 or less. Some great deals for out of state folks. The only other option is to have the block punched and proof that you did it.
