Well off to another meeting. Back in a bit.

 

I always expect I'll probably have to paint at a minimum Greg. But I don't do government housing of any sort and I vet my tenants pretty darn well. This girl is the ex-wife of a guy I used to ride with years ago and has a son with him. I was kinda trying to do him a solid by even letting her in to begin with.


Now she's on the f'n pills and playing life limbo (how low can you go!)
