I'm impressed post ******, I'm only 60 pages behind!!!!
Buried my favorite Aunt today. The service was good. Best part of the whole day was seeing my cuz, and old running buddy for the first time in 10 years. James, aka "big un" was a first cousin who was like a brother. I have no idea how many miles we put on motorcycles in the early '80's. The **** we got into....
I wasn't against a line here and there, but he let meth totally take him over. The cops knew us both, but knew him for dealing the stuff. I couldn't get him off of it. We were in our early 20's and bullet proof. He got us pulled over 2 times and jerked off our bikes and cuffed and thrown on the ground while they went over our bikes, throwing stuff on the ground looking for his dope. The last time he actually had a baggy on him and the cops missed it.
When he totally went out of control I cut ties. Broke my Goddamn heart. Saw him today and he's been clean for a long time, I just didn't know it cuz we lost touch. Some tears were shed and a couple of big ol' bear hugs in front of some surprised younger relatives who didn't know our history.
Man, it was both a sad sad day, and a great day as well. Got some catching up to do, and I'm sure even though we're both 52 yr old farts now, we'll probably stir up some **** again, lol...

Mornin, Woods, Woodettes and lurkers. SuperBowl Sunday has arrived and I am stunned to learn that people will be placing illegal bets. What is the world coming to?

Mornin, Doc. Mid to high 50's here today. Yesterday was 49 degrees. Went for about an hour ride, brisk but not cold. Big plans for the SuperBowl, Doc?
