They suck... costs thousands sometimes to be compliant but you need brakes contrary to popular belief, it isn't flat here.....

No inspection in MI or ND, Cali and AZ had emissions MO was inspected annually and a 6 pack would pass ya and when I grew up in VA it was biannual and a real bitch and you had to have your county sticker on which meant all your property taxes had to be current !
