I think we were too. And we are below normal for our temps too. El Niño was supposed to bring warmer temps.

I really feel it's about the same here. That being said, I do believe the atmosphere is changing somewhat, albeit small.
We have here as well, Tracy. But the way our weather patterns work, I have seen in the last couple summers they are changing back to how it was when I first moved out here.

Guys the only rule of constants when it comes to nature is; there are no constants.
We know climate has changed in the past and is in a continual state of flux. Heck fossil evidence here shows there was a time when a large part of KY was an inland sea with a tropical climate and had palm trees.
We as humans are very short lived creatures and our perception of time is limited in so many ways.
