You can pull those with a hand squeezer easy. There are also the bolt types but you have to have all the different sizes. In aviation, we call them rivnuts.

Today, They:.....Ummmmm, that's really not how we do things.

Ahhh yes, the upper level management - put there because they were too stupid to actually know what they were doing any where else.
