TOAK- Thread Of All Knowledge- Part V
Tracy, the most I could get was 6500 miles on the Softail. I changed out the tires on the Ultra at a little over 12,000, they were almost to the wear bars. Knew I'd be putting on over 2K in the next week and changed them out. Coulda squeaked maybe 2k more out of them, but i don't screw around with tires.

Thank you for looking. So, what is it that has your interest in these pads? I think I replaced mine 4 years ago, but I can't remember where I bough them from.
I was looking for good pads and had tried other brands and have found these to be the best, for me anyway.
JDub, I don't know about motorsickle pads but I used them on the 65 Mustang GT that I restored. Stock pads felt like two pieces of greasy plywood for braking. The EBC cut the stopping distance in half. I would use them on a bike when/if I need them.....(only two cents because somebody that I depend on to go to w*rk and fund my SS..played hookey today)

Cool.... I think I will go with the EBC sintered. And then when I have to replace the rotor maybe go with the Lyndal pads. I don't wanna pay for them on a older rotor.
