Ya don't havta ride all them miles to get ready!!! Walk on a carpeted ploor on yer azz cheeks back and forth.. 30 mins a day... after a week you will be ready!! No charge for the advice....

Oh just here and there back through the hills and roundabout to Lexington KY yesterday and then to London KY today via the back roads to and from making a big circle sort of..
