1 call down, none to go! Lot's of tail chasin yet to do though. And not the good kind where the tail is attached to a NN, this would be chasing my own tail

Paperwork, ordering parts, and herding cats here. Made a call to Canada. Guy didnt have a good grasp of English and my French is rusty.
