Greg, he is a roofing contractor and the Ft Worth area had 2 massive hail storms. He says most of it is below I-30 (the major east/west). He is parking a 35 foot 5th wheel for 250 a month. Sounds cheap and he says his guys can drive the 20-25 miles into the impacted area easier from that side of town.

Mornin, Russell the Love Muscle. I have talked to my Bud about advancing him money on jobs for a percentage of the total deal. We'll see, but I ain't pullin' any Tracy maneuvers.

Be hard to beat that full gainer with a half rotation and back splat. Olympic level stuff there.
