J-Dub, there also used to be stores that would give cash for food stamps. $100 food stamps into the til, 50 cash to the welfare collector and 50 cash to the clerk/store owner

Oh, that's an easy one. First thing you do is find someone who will give you 50 cents on the dollar. You take them shopping, they use your EBT card, give you 50 cents on the dollar for what they bought. Example; they spend $100 on your card, they give you $50 cash.
