3-4" of sand on the ground right now. I don't have the option of working from home today because the oxygen thief we let go at the beginning of the month still has not sent his laptops back to the company because he doesn't have boxes or shipping labels. So I have to get 2 empty boxes, pack them in a 3rd box and send them to him with pre-paid return labels so he can send them back. It's like this guy is haunting us beyond his time on our team.

Hahahaa...they had to send in the muscle to get the stuff! I terminated a General Manager and had to have the police go to his home with me so I could get his demo and the one his wife was driving. Some people just don't get it.

Against my better judgement, I have entered into a debate on Facebook with a friend of mine who is "Feeling the Bern". He literally said he hopes and prays they do things better this time when trying to push socialism. ???????? OK, history has no meaning...we are so much smarter and evolved now that things won't go wrong...socialist utopia is just around the corner, right? Why do I do this to myself?

He basically quit 18 months ago when he got butt hurt because he was wrong and was told he was wrong. But in Corporate America it takes a long time to terminate someone because they are worthless. He has refused to take any action to return his property to the company. He didn't use the internal tool for returning the laptops...they would have sent him boxes and labels but he was too bitter or too lazy.....or worse yet, too inept to get it done
