Tonight brings promise of Corned Beef, Guiness, Jameson, Irish Car Bomb cake, and something called Irish Lovin....not sure what that is exactly but expectations are high. Best to go easy on the Jaymo.

Yes sir ... "Red" has the corned beef and cabbage cooking as we speak. We're not tough enough to handle the Jameson anymore but I'm pretty sure that after a few Guiness's I'll be able to catch her and .... and .... What was I talkin' about?
