I am a big softy inside. He' give me a sob story and I would let him slide. He's my only sisters only child....I know, lame *** excuse. Plus my BIL would shoulder a huge part as the handyman and I'd rather not have business between family. Maybe between now and when it is my Pop's time to go X will mature and be able to handle the burden.

There are companies that will manage rental properties for you. You don't make as much, but they handle leases and collections and send you the money

Fat and happy after my Qdoba dinner. Church service in the morning followed by a meeting at the Moose Lodge for our poker run in May for Make A Wish Colorado. Last year we raised $24,500. This year is the 30th anniversary for the run, we want to make it unforgettable

Yeah, it's a great run. I was a blocker for the kids in the sidecars and limo last year. It's nice to get a police escort to go 90+MPH down a county road to get to the next intersection before the people that just passed you.

I don't do runs much anymore... people getting hurt, bikes damaged from idiots and one killed because of poor planning by those doing the run... Just me I guess but the last one a few years back I was on turned me off to them....
