i need to wear a bib anyway, my wife tells usually within 10 minutes i'll have something on me shirt, she's usually right.
I went, and of course it was just another ploy to get people to come into the store. they had hot dogs and hamburgers and chips. it had snowed on friday and even though a lot of it was gone it was still cold. no one showed up on bikes. one guy had to ride his bike home in 42 degrees after he had dropped it of last weekend which was beautiful out. disappointing day. people just mulling around the store.

people just don't seem to be buying, and i know it's winter, but still. i hear their sales are down so low they're on the brink of bankruptcy, which would be a shame. there was talk of them closing two dealerships here to build bigger new ones. i would guess that's been tanked

Tracy, Pop seems to be handling it all pretty well considering they were married for 45 years, 46 come May of this year. I think he is preoccupied with what needs to be done and that is helping him ease into a lifestyle where he is alone. Which is a relative term, since my sister, BIL and nephew live across the street and houses down. But during the day when they are at work he will be lonely. They have been retired together almost 5 years, she took care of him the first 2 years when he had both knees replaced and he had been taking care of her the last 6-7 months when this all started and they thought it was a late summer flu bug.
Well, I am being beckoned to a family trip to WalMart so I better put on my dress clothes....banana hammock and flip flops.
Will check in later if I am not arrested for indecent exposure!

they do well in the summer here, they sponsor the bike week in ocean city, things just seem to be at a lull. show room was full of bikes. maybe it's just winter, though if you're not there to buy a bike, the sales people will actually just walk away from you.. a guy asked me if i were looking, i started o talk to him after i said no and he just ignored me and walked away, i just laughed
