Checkin' in....just got back from an unexpected 50 mile motorsickle ride in 28-30* temps. Son finds a newly posted 2012 Switchback, ABS and security, detachable backrest and V &H exhaust, never in rain owned by a 60some y/o guy..with 2200 miles on it. Guy was askin' $11,000 and negotiated $9800 if my son would take it today with cash! List on the bike new was just about $17K. All the company pickups were loaded up with salt for tonight, small trailer had a problem. Son asks laughing, "Dad, will you ride it home?"..."of course!!!"....heated gear to the rescue!!! Toes got a little nippy. Bike is like brand new.....

Yep, they only made black, red and silver. I felt like I was on scooter compared to the Ultra. Nice bike, though.

Wonder why people will pay all the money for a bike - only to have it sit....
