Morning..

I have a 1/2 helmet now don't care for it, tends to lift at spreed and is pretty noisy, looking into a 3/4 one with a full face shield.
Had a nice full Bieffe helmet and it was great for on the drag strip, but didn't care for it street riding.

Sand coming down now, not much and they're predicting mid 50's by the weekend.

Ordering new fork tubes today, hopefully that's all the mods I'll need to do to the WG, would be nice to be ready by spring.

Have a great day.

Al

Al, I have this HJC helmet. Most confortable helmet I've had. It's relatively quiet, has great ventilation, even riding in the 90's. Full removal flip up face shield and drop down visor. HJC seems to be made for more oval shaped heads as opposed to round. Kind of bulky, but light. At 66 y/o , I really don't give a rat's *** what other people think. Revzilla is great to deal with, too.....the "other" AL...UR-AL

Low sided doing 45-50 on the freeway. Picked up all the parts that broke off the bike and rode it for 4 days all effed up. A week later I landed in the emergency room for a blood clot the size of my thumb in my femoral artery. Had to be on blood thinners for a year. The first two weeks I had to inject a syringe of blood thinners every 12 hours. I fared pretty well. Especially for only wearing jeans and a sweatshirt. $4700 in damages.

Sorry, wasn't trying to imply anything, really! Kazoo would probably be an improvement for me!
