I'm over the loud pipes part of my life when it comes to riding. The 3" V&H I have on there will roar plenty loud enough for me when I roll the throttle back.


I appreciate a lower noise level for those long days on the road

 

The TTIs were actually a two-faced type of sound. They allowed for a nice "Harley" type idle, a quiet cruise, and real nice bark when I get on it. At least in the Longshots. Hoping for the same out of the Big Shots Longs I have now. Worst part of this attempt will be getting the V&H baffles out. The Big Shots are actually quite loud at cruise. Gonna spray em with Liquid Wench before I get to it.

 

Two Faced Sound ... Hmmm gotta be a joke here somewhere.

 

Most of that show is tapped in Lower BC by Hope. The Alberta part is about about 8 hours away (420 miles) following the highway. As the crow flies, 227 miles away.

Oh I do like that classic Harley sound! I had Straight Shots on the FXD I used to have and they sounded pretty good. They were loud enough to set off nearby car alarms when I started it and get me some dirty looks! LOL


If I get me another hopper I don't mind it being a bit loud at all.

 

Nah. It does a pretty good job of that already!
