As long as they don't affect the principle element you should be fine and not have to validate.
I am in the midst of creating everything from a training program to procedures for a bunch of engineers with no aircraft experience not to mention the "Cowboys" with no certificates that think they know how the FAA operates.

I'd thought about doing one when I went to a 107 but ran outa money. Seen Greg mention it first though.
