You may well be right Al. My memory isn't what it used to be back in my younger days!
If I could only cut my appetite down a bit, I would be doing a lot better!
Still at about 275, but some of that is definitely from added muscle. Should have done some measurements before I started working out, but I'm doing my curl reps with 110lbs now and can bench 230lb about 6 times at this point.
I don't know, maybe some extra Geritol or something would help?
