You'll need dual season air. It will be cold at night and hot during the day.

So you don't have the gate motor hardwired?
I didn't edit anything Greg, I was looking for a descriptive picture and it took too long.
Nope, the motor is not hard wired, would be nice but that would be a function I don't really use.
Took the missus to dinner, stopped at Batteries + and got a deep cycle marine battery and replaced the one on the gate. Works good now, she should be happy?

No need to be inside the house and open it. Always in the car pulling out or in.

Right, so if you have home power to it, you don't need to replace the battery or worry about it. Like a regular garage door.
