Helen..unplug the box and the TV...give it a minute or so and plug back in...may just have to reset itself....if that doesn't work..I got nuttin'.

 

Shouldn't it be like for like? If it has a box, show it a box!

 

lol papa..ok mick I have dish ..and baracu ill go try that ..I did unplug tv but not both..if it doesn't work I think ill just grab my pillow and do the couch its almost 6:00 lol and my sincere thanks you 2..ok brb...have a great day freak my pet!

 

Helen, your TV remote should have a 'menu' button and maybe even an 'input' button. Press menu if no input and you should see an option for what is input, i.e., what signal you want your TV to display. Find the input from your dish and select that option.

 

Also, your TV should be on channel 3 (sometimes 4 but most likely 3)

 

I FIXED IT!!! woooohooo...I kept hitting the input button and it finally went to it ..it was on tv mode ..I scrolled it down to HDMI 1 ..and wala ! thank you guys again for your help ..you guys are great..good bye dear couchie poo!
