Greg, no word on the Dyno Day. Running out of ridable days to have such an event.

I used my Amazon gift cards from my BDay to get a set of exercise bands. Wow, am I so far out of shape! They will be great to at least get my blood pumping, maybe lower my BP and diabetes numbers. My goal is to break the cycle...I feel like crap so often I use that as an excuse to not exercise, which only makes me feel more crappy. So, the first step is done....got something that I can use at home with my busy schedule and is similar to what I used to love and that was weight lifting.

Where is my Adderall? Someone is a bit ADD this morning! SQUIRREL!
