Nope. Our budget dollars come from different pots and can only be used for certain things. For instance our money from the lottery can only be spent on student labor and new equipment purchases. Student success fee's can only be spent once we propose a project to the student board and they approve it. State funds mostly go to staff pay and benefits and overhead. It gets complicated.
