Tracy, watched an interesting documentary about the caves in Kentucky. Had no idea Kentucky had more caves than any other state.

First cave that I was ever in was up by Eger Hungary. Right on the Hungarian/Slovakia border.

Yep. You should visit Mammoth Cave if you ever make it out this way.

That many underground caverns begs the question, does Kentucky have a large number of earthquakes? Based on a quick perusal it would appear no more than any other area.

Betcha Mick is Googling my comment about the shoreline. It's true!


I can remember a few in my life that we could feel and there have been a couple doozies in the past. I live about 50 miles from part of the New Madrid fault zone.
