LOL

I went down to a 38 waist and back up to 273lbs from a low of 265. Hard to get rid of the paunch even though I can do 50 sit ups with out too much strain now. That's a bit frustrating to say the least, but common for a guy that's closing in on 60!

I did Stan. During their Point of No Return tour. Enjoyed the show very much. The lead singer was bouncing on the stage like he had springs on his damn feet!

I have a t-shirt that reads..

"I may be old, but I got to see all the cool bands!"

Summer 1976. Jackson County, MN
The County Board of Commissioners allowed a license for a day-long rock concert with big band names at the Jackson County Fairgrounds (Racetrack).
Kansas, Black Oak Arkansas, Head East......etc.
Turned out to be a chaotic free-for-all with drugs, booze, heat, fights, etc.
It was a fiasco, but it was a blast for a 17 yr old.
Jackson County Commissioners never granted another permit again, that I'm aware of.......
