It surely happens all the time. As corrupt as the county where I live is, it could be done. But you still have to worry about those pesky state officials.


Back during the depression there was actually a government (that's right I said GOVERNMENT) whiskey still located at the back part of my property where there a very nice sweet water spring that flows years round.

I get $20 a 4x5 roll for mixed grass hay and usually get a couple hundred rolls per year although with the lease I will probably only get half that this year.
