I certainly agree Mick. I don't recall ever seeing any full scale conversions of anyone's attitude after experiencing a motivational session. Frankly what I remember was a lot like the Saturday Night Live parody of the motivational speaker as portrayed by Chris Farley.
He really was a hoot.

Mick, really haven't thought much about those sessions for years. They were popular then. The reality was those who were already positive and competitive were simply reinforced, and the losers remained losers.
