Add some green chili to your daily diet and you can lose a pound a day on top of the exercise weight loss

I assume along with your exercise you changed some (?) eating habits too?
I should lose around 20.......

 

If I weren't afraid of getting on a watch list I would send you some from here in a cooler with dry ice. Not sure that is legal to ship that way but damn sure even asking would get me on some list

 

Thanks Stan. Yeah I have been laying off the junk food a great deal and trying reduce the carb intake some. Just being more active has helped a great deal. Still working on reducing the gut...

Same thing happened to me the other day. I was talking with a "out of state" friend on the phone. And I don't remember what it was, but she said; you need to run down to the store and get this and this. I said, do you realize it is a 40 minute drive each way to get that? Needless to say, I did not buy the stuff, yet.
