I saw that thread, Mike. Holy smokes! Any explanation for the across the board draconian increase?

Hey, if you'd move to the States Obummer would save ya 2500 on health insurance premiums which will offset that increase.

For what is supposed to be a government regulated industry, this is total BS. I wood like to see a landlord, or owner of a small business raise their rent, or services by 30%!

The only explanation that I can think of is that some politician got his pocket lined (again) and OKed the raise in rates!!!!!!!!

In some cases, they will pay you to be on the insurance.

Absolutely NO DOUBT about that.

You are young and inexperienced = raised rates!
you are over 50 = raise rates
get a ticket = raised rates
have an accident = raised rates
etc, etc

What lowers them?
