People think that the good nature of people will prevail one they are all in a setting where everyone works for he common good. The problem is, humans being humans, someone always figures out they can get by doing less than others and still get just as much as the rest. Then someone else sees what that person did and does the same...lather, rinse, repeat. It's OK to be successful and *gasp* rich! It is not a zero sum economy...your riches do not equate to some workers being poor. Sometimes people make bad choices and are victims of themselves and no one else.

I worked security at a grocery warehouse and while I was already anti-union watching how those guys got away with **** and the structure of the union and the way people are advanced purely on time served made solidified my belief they are nothing but a legal mafia org that is strong arming business owners
You're correct, Mark. Labor Unions are now the big business that Labor Unions were created to fight. Odd, huh?
