I'll settle for just getting rid of some of the excess weight I've been packing around for a while and hopefully getting my blood pressure and blood sugar under better control.

 

I just passed the CDL physical again ... and didn't need glasses :>) Blood Pressure was 120/70 Weighed in a 269 ... she said "how do you do this" I told her mirrors :>)

 

Not sure I could do your job Larry. I can barely handle my 2 kids

Ssuup Tracy... weighed in at 228 this AM... I would like to do some lifting but needer my back or my shoulder will cooperate....

 

I hear ya Ken. Lifetime of concrete work has probably aged my back and shoulders as well, although I'm in decent shape for my age I guess. Started lifting again a couple of years ago, but I'm not interested in poundage anymore, lighter weights are fine thank you.

Tracy doing 100 lb curls? I hope the old fart doesn't break me in half when he gives me a hug...
