Evening fellers.
Tired ol' hillbilly here. I breaded and fried 45 pounds of fish and 25 pounds of shrimp. Somebody else did the taters and hushpuppies.
Man I'm beat, but we had a lot of hungry people diggin' in with smiles on their faces.

I hear ya ! Roosevelt Lodge 128 we did a lutefisk dinner twice a year and man dem norwegions and swedes in Nort Dakota use to come out of the woodwork for that and the lodge raised a lot of money for our scholarship program!
Annual Masonic Lodge fish fry Tim. One of our fund raisers. we used to do an oyster dinner but that kind of fizzled...
I gotta hand it to anyone who can stomach lutefisk Keith! I tried it once and that was enough.

I used to eat one scoop and smothered it with butter and pepper! The secret is having someone who knows how to cook it ! But when a dawg sniffs it and willnt eat it its iffy !
I tried some well fermented kimchee that I though was bad until I had a piece of lutefisk put in front of me. Wow..
I'm gonna hit the showers and then the rack guys.
Have a great night all!
